What is Mr Clerko? Instagram auto-reply for comments and DMs.
Mr Clerko is a web app for Instagram comment automation. When someone comments a keyword you choose on your post or reel, it can reply publicly and send an auto DM with your link, using Instagram’s official API. It’s for creators and small businesses with Instagram Business or Creator accounts, in English and Arabic.
Instagram auto-reply, your questions answered.
Which Instagram accounts work with Mr Clerko?
Professional accounts only: Business or Creator. You connect the account through Meta’s official sign-in, and Mr Clerko checks the account and its permissions before marking it connected. Personal Instagram accounts can’t be connected.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. The Free plan includes 1 Instagram account, 2 active automations, 250 comments processed, 100 public replies, 100 DMs and 100 tracked link clicks per month. Paid plans (Starter, Pro and Business) aren’t available to buy yet.
Does the auto-reply work on Reels?
Yes, on posts and reels. You can pick one post or reel, or let an automation run on any post or reel on your account.
Can I write my own replies?
Yes. You choose the keywords that trigger a reply, or let it answer any comment, and you write the public reply and the DM yourself, in Arabic or English.
What happens when I reach my plan’s limit?
Automations stop handling new comments until your limits reset next month. Links you already sent keep opening past the click limit; only click tracking stops.
Is Mr Clerko part of Instagram or Meta?
No. Mr Clerko is not affiliated with Instagram or Meta. It connects through Meta’s official sign-in and Instagram’s official API and works within their limits. Meta may apply limits or restrictions outside our control.
Does it work in Arabic?
Yes. The website and the workspace are in Arabic and English, and your replies go out in whatever language you write them in.
Can I delete my data?
Yes. You can disconnect Instagram, delete your account from Settings, or request deletion on the data deletion page. We confirm requests within 72 hours and complete verified ones within 30 days.
