Privacy Policy
This overview explains what Mr Clerko collects, why it is needed, who processes it, and the choices available to you.
Information we collect
Account details, the Instagram professional-account identifiers and media needed for enabled features, automation rules, usage records, and support tickets you submit. Meta access tokens are stored server-side and are not returned to the browser.
How information is used
We use this information to operate the automations you configure, process related Instagram comments and messages, show service features and analytics, provide support, and protect accounts. Instagram data is not used to train machine-learning models or build advertising profiles.
Service providers and retention
Meta, infrastructure providers, and Resend process data needed to provide the service. Account data is kept while the account is active; captured activity is retained only as needed for enabled features and safe retries. Resolved support tickets are scheduled for deletion after 180 days.
Your choices and security
You can disconnect Instagram, revoke access through Meta, request a copy of your data, or request account and data deletion. Production traffic uses HTTPS, passwords are hashed, and access tokens remain on the backend. No transmission or storage method is completely risk-free.
Changes and contact
Material policy changes are announced in the service or by email. Contact support with privacy questions; never include passwords, sign-in codes, or access tokens.
