This summary covers the conditions and responsibilities that apply when you use Mr Clerko.
The service and eligibility
Mr Clerko lets authorized users connect an Instagram Business or Creator account and configure comment and messaging automations. You must be at least 18, control the connected account, and follow applicable laws and Meta and Instagram policies.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service for spam, harassment, impersonation, unsolicited commercial messages, API abuse, or to bypass rate limits and access controls. Violations may lead to suspension.
Your content and account
You retain ownership of the automation rules and reply templates you create. Mr Clerko processes that content only to operate the service for you. You may request account deletion; accounts that violate these terms or create risk may be suspended.
Availability and responsibility
The service is provided as available. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation or that every event will be processed; Meta may apply limits or restrictions outside our control.
