Comments on a reel can come in at any hour. Mr Clerko answers the Reels comments that contain your keyword, with a public reply, a DM that gets them your link, or both.

Choose which reels
You can pick one specific reel, or all posts and reels, which includes the ones you publish later.
Steps
- Create a free Mr Clerko account and connect your Instagram Business or Creator account through Meta’s official login.
- Create a new automation and pick the reel, or all posts and reels.
- Type the trigger words you say in the reel, or let it answer any comment.
- Turn on “Comment reply” and write the public reply, then the DM and your link.
- Turn the automation on, then say the word in the reel and write it in the caption.
A public reply that isn’t always the same
You can write up to 3 versions of the public reply, and Mr Clerko picks one of them each time, so the replies under your reel aren’t all one copy.
Questions
Does it work on Stories?
Automations are made for comments on posts and reels. Story replies aren’t included today.
Does it answer old comments on a reel?
Automations answer new comments that arrive after you turn them on.
Can I pause an automation?
Yes. You can turn it off and on again at any time. While it is off, new comments get no automatic reply.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. The Free plan includes 1 Instagram account, 2 active automations, 250 comments processed, 100 public replies, 100 DMs and 100 tracked link clicks per month. Paid plans (Starter, Pro and Business) aren’t available to buy yet.
Is Mr Clerko part of Instagram or Meta?
No. Mr Clerko is not affiliated with Instagram or Meta. It runs on Meta’s official login and the official Instagram API and works within their limits.
